Two minor kids drown in water tank

Two minor children, including a three-year-old, died today after they accidentally fell into a water tank at Kondapur village in the district, nearly 60 km from here, police said.

Five-year-old J Anushka and Darshanala Siddhartha (3) had gone to play on the outskirts of the village when they accidentally fell into the tank and drowned, police said.

Their bodies were later fished out.

A case was registered and the bodies were sent for post mortem.
