Two People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) ultras were killed and three others injured in an encounter with the police at Kowatand Chandan Toli in Simdega district, the police said today.
The encounter between the police and the rebels took place yesterday, the police said in a statement here.
In all, seven rifles, one revolver, one pistol, one country-made gun, and cartridges were recovered from the spot.
The injured, who were arrested, are under treatment.
