Two suspected Manipuri extremists arrested in Bihar

Bihar Police today arrested two suspected Manipuri extremists from a bus stand here, which led to the seizure of grenades from their hideouts in their home state.
The two extremists of the People Revolutionary Group were waiting for a bus at the Mithapur stand here, when police, acting on a tip-off, arrested them, Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj told PTI.
Based on information provided by the two, Sanasum Ravi Singh and Thandam Suresh, the Manipur police seized five grenades and four detonators from their hideout in West Imphal.
They were produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Praveen Kumar Singh who gave four days' transit remand to the police.
