Two suspected Maoists held with arms

Security forces today arrested two suspected Maoists with arms and explosives from Bariyarpur in this district of Bihar.

During a search-cum-combing operation, security forces comprising CRPF and district police raided the village and arrested two suspected Maoists, Additional Superintendent of Police, Operation, D N Pandey said.

One rifle, a country-made pistol, five gelatine sticks, five detonators and 13 cartridges, besides naxal literature, were seized from them, he said.
