Union Water Resources minister Uma Bharati today offered puja at Siddhesvara Dham, Solophok in South District.
Siddhesvara Dham, is a religious pilgrimage destination developed by the Sikkim Government.
It houses replicas of the four dhams of the country and a giant statue of Lord Shiva.
"The Union Minister performed the puja and later held the meeting with the CM" said Deputy Commissioner, South, Raj Yadav.
Chief Minister Pawan Chamling briefed the Union Water Resources minister about the water problem of Namchi and surrounding areas.
