UN climate conference to go ahead near Paris despite attacks

The UN climate conference will go ahead as planned near Paris later this month despite the terror attacks that killed 128 people in the French capital, Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said today.

"COP21 must be held," Fabius said, using the conference's name, but he added security would be increased.
