UN staff held hostage in DR Congo have been released: official

A group of 16 UN staff held hostage by former South Sudanese rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been released, a UN official said.
The UN employees from the MONUSCO mission were taken captive in a camp outside of Goma by the unarmed ex-rebels yesterday.
