Under debt, man kills self in Ghaziabad

Burdened by debt, a 52-year-old property dealer allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at an under-construction building here, police said today.
Dayanand Bharadwaj, who lived in Googly Colony near Sikdoda village here, was today found hanging from the pillar of an under-construction building near his house, they said.
Bharadwaj did not return home last night and his family members found him hanging today morning.
A suicide note was found in his pocket in which he had mentioned that he took the extreme step as he owed more than Rs 22 lakh to a man and was unable to return it, police said.
