Undertrial escapes from hospital

An undertrial escaped from the district hospital today by hoodwinking police guards, police sources said here.

Neelesh, a native of Samratnagar village under Ramgardh police station in the district, was lodged in a jail in connection with a loot and dacoity case.

He was admitted to the hospital two days back after he fell ill, they said.

Police said Neelesh gave a slip to the policemen on duty and escaped from the hospital this morning.
