Union minister inaugurates ASI circle office in Aizawl

Union Minister of State for Culture Dr Mahesh Sharma today inaugurated a circle office of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) here.

Sharma expressed the hope that the ASI circle office would be instrumental in the works done by the ASI in the north east region.

Mizoram Governor Lt Gen Nirbhay Sharma said the nation should learn its roots and the contributions of the ASI in this regard was enormous.
