Union minister Javadekar's mother undergoes surgery at AIIMS

Union Human Resource Development minister Prakash Javadekar's mother today underwent a surgery at the AIIMS here, officials said.

94-year-old Rajani Javadekar was admitted to AIIMS yesterday and was operated for gallbladder stones this morning, a senior doctor from the hospital said.

"She underwent surgery for gallbladder stones today. She is under observation at the ICU. Her condition is stable," the doctor said.
