Unity in diversity has made India strong & vibrant: Vijayan

: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today greeted his counterparts two days ahead of Independence Day celebrations and said unity in diversity had made the nation 'strong and vibrant'.

"With the spirit of togetherness, our great nation will be able to uphold the principles of democracy, socialism and secularism, the core values enshrined in our Constitution," he said in letters to all state chief ministers.

"Unity in diversity has indeed made our Republic strong and vibrant," he added.
