A 17-year-old girl was abducted and raped by two people in a village in Uttar Pradesh's Banda district, police said on Thursday.
The incident took place on Wednesday when the girl was alone in her house. Saleem and Islam, who were neighbours of the victim, abducted her, took her to secluded place and raped her, they said.
An FIR has been registered by the victim's family.
Police is trying to nab the accused, who are absconding.
The girl has been admitted to the hospital, where her condition was stated to be stable, police said.
