UP Olympic Association seeks tax waiver for film

Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association (UPOA) today requested Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to waive entertainment tax on newly-released film 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'.

"The film is based on the life of Milkha Singh, who was a great athlete for the country. By waiving the tax on it, we can pay respect to a great athlete and it would also inspire the young generation," said Anandeshwar Pandey, the UPOA secretary general.
