UP STF arrests 3 persons

Jalees, Rahul Dixit and Navneet Nigam were arrested by the STF and Barabanki police team for allegedly kidnapping a youth, Vaibhav Gupta, on June 19 and later releasing him after taking ransom of Rs 4 lakh, official sources said here.

The police team traced their location through surveillance and nabbed them.

Jalees had a criminal background and a number of cases including murder was pending against him.
