A local court today reserved the decision on the bail application of murder accused BSP MLA B L Kushwah, who is under judicial custody.
The court of additional district and sessions judge Satish Chandra Kaushik heard the bail application and reserved the decision for Monday, additional public prosecutor Anantram Tyagi said.
Kushwah, who surrendered before CID-CB before arrest last month, is an accused in a murder case.
The murder took place in December 2012 in Dholpur, and Kushwaha is one of the accused.
