Vice-President to visit Odisha

Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu is scheduled to undertake a two-day tour of Odisha from November 10, said commissioner of police Y B Khurania.

As per the schedule, Naidu will arrive here on November 10 evening and will stay in Raj Bhavan, Khurania said.

On November 11, the vice-president will attend KIIT University convocation and return to Delhi on that day.

A high-level meeting attended by chief secretary and DGP R P Sharma, held discussion on the arrangements to be made for the vice-president's visit. Khurania among others also attended the meeting.

"Security to the vice-president will be provided as per the Blue Book," Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrata Bhoi said.
