Victoria Beckham has admitted she's finally traded her high heels for flats following doctor's orders.
The 41-year-old fashion designer was advised by her doctor to ditch the heels five years ago or risk permanent damage to her feet and it seems she's finally decided to take his medical opinion on board, reported Female First.
"I think people saw the real me when I came out in a pair of men's trousers, a roll-neck, and trainers. I just can't do heels any more. At least not when I'm working. I travel a lot. Clothes have to be simple and comfortable.
