Victorious March sparkles

Victorious March, ridden by Zulquar Nain, won the Madras Race Club Gold Cup, the prime event of the races on the last day of the current season here today.

The winner is a property of Saddam Iqbal, V Satish Kumar and Joseph Prabhakaran and is trained by Iqbal himself.

Trainer R Foley saddled two winners while jockeys C Umesh and N Rupa rode two winners each.

Only one favourite obliged punters in a card of seven events.
