'Vijays Joy' claims the Madras Race Club Cup Div.I

Four-year-old, Deshmukh trained ' Vijays Joy', ably ridden by P Chouhan claimed the Madras Race Club Cup Division I,about 1200 metres for Category I horses the main event on the first day of the 28-day Hyderabad Monsoon Races held here today.

Trainers Deshmukh and Laxman S and Jockey P S Chouhan combination scored a double each.

Four first favourites obliged in a card of nine events.
