AC-maker Voltas Ltd today reported a decline of 19.38 per cent in consolidated net profit to Rs 61.92 crore for the third quarter ended on December 31.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 76.81 crore in the same period last year.
Its consolidated Net sales declined to Rs 1,114.99 crore in the period as against Rs 1,150.17 crore, the Tata Group firm said in a statement.

Revenue from the electro-mechanical projects and services declined to Rs 643 crore from Rs 797 crore in the same quarter last year.
However, earning from engineering products and services increased to Rs 148 crore as against Rs 133 crore, while those from unitary cooling products for comfort and commercial rose to Rs 347 crore from Rs 239 crore.
Shares of Voltas today closed at Rs 106.60 apiece, up 7.51 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
