Wanted criminal arrested, weapons seized

A man wanted in several criminal cases has been arrested and a cache of arms and ammunition seized from him in Sadar Thana area here, police said today.

Rajkumar, a history-sheeter was arrested yesterday following a tip-off, SHO Madanlal Kawasara said, adding that three pistols, 75 live cartridges and three magazines were seized from his possession.

He said Rajkumar was an accused in abduction, attempt to murder and loot cases.
