West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi today conveyed his heartiest greetings to the people of the state on the eve of Janmashtami.
"This is an occasion of joyful and festive celebration of unconditional love and universal compassion, which transcends the barrier of caste, creed, faith and community. My best wishes for the well being of the people of the state on this occasion." Tripathi said in a message.
