West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi will also hold the charge of Bihar, the President secretariat said today.
Bihar Governor D Y Patil will complete his tenure on November 26.
President Pranab Mukherjee has appointed Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Bihar, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Bihar is made, a Rashtrapati Bhavan statement said.
