West Bengal Governor Keshri Nath Tripathi today asked people to dedicate themselves to the untiring service of the nation and renew their pledge for the unity and national integrity on the eve of 70th Independence Day.
In his message, Tripathi said "On this historical day let us dedicate ourselves to the uniting service of the nation. This is one of the ways to keep alive the memories of selfless sacrifice of the martyrs of the struggle for freedom. We must renew our pledge for unity and National Integrity on this very special occasion."
"On the eve of the 70th Independence Day, I wish to convey my warm greetings to the people of West Bengal," the Governor was quoted saying in the message.
