Shallow to moderate fog would occur at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya,Nagaland- Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura, west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Punjab, north Rajasthan and north Madhya Pradesh. Cold wave conditions would prevail at isolated places over Rajasthan.

Day 2 (14th Dec): Moderate to dense fog would occur at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and Bihar. Shallow to moderate fog would occur at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya,Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram- Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Punjab, north Rajasthan and north Madhya Pradesh.
