Wolters Kluwer completes acquisition of Swiss firm Emmi
The Netherlands-based IT services provider Wolters Kluwer today said it has completed a USD 170 million acquisition of Swiss firm Emmi Solutions.
Wolters Kluwer, which has presence in India, is a global provider of information and point-of-care solutions for the healthcare industry.
Over the last 10 years, the firm has seen double-digit revenue growth in India. It employs almost a thousand employees in various locations across India.
