A woman and a police constable were today killed by an unidentified gunman in Pakistan's northwestern city of Peshawar, police said.
The incident occurred in Badbair area here which the police suspect to be a case of target killing.
The victims were in a car when an unknown man fired on them for reasons unknown, police said.
The police constable was reportedly on his way to police station from his village.
The constable was a member of a peace committee prior to which he was a recruit in one of the special forces of Pakistan.
