Woman cop robbed

A woman police constable was robbed

of Rs 14,000 by two motorcycle-borne men who snatched her bag which she was carrying on her bicycle while heading home after work, police said today.

Woman constable Kalpana, attached to the traffic wing, was near the Muniappa Road junction near Kilpauk when she was robbed last night.

The bag contained Rs 14,000 cash and some debit and credit cards.
