Woman gangraped in Nashik

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped by three persons after they had beaten up her boyfriend, police said today.

Three persons were arrested last night from Nashik road's Rokadobawadi locality in connection with the alleged gangrape of the woman on Wednesday evening, police said.

Allegedly, three people beat up her boyfriend and gangraped her, they said.

She went to the police station and lodged a complaint against three unidentified persons, giving their description following which they were detained last night, police said.

Police is further probing the issue, they said.
