Woman killed during loot attempt

Wife of a local businessman was killed during a loot attempt by unidentified persons in Chandausi area, a senior officer said here.

Unidentified persons slit throat of Rajni Agarwal (55) during loot attempt in Ramnaumi locality last evening, Additional Superintendent of Police V K Mishra said.

He said that Rajni's husband Suman Agarwal is a grocery merchant.

The ASP said that a case had been lodged and the matter was being investigated.
