Woman, paramour commit suicide in UP

A 25-year-old woman and her nephew who was her paramour committed suicide by consuming poison in Abhayan village here, police said today.

The woman Madhu had been married to the uncle of her 22-year-old paramour Lokesh four years ago and also had a child, police said.

The duo committed suicide yesterday, police said, adding that the incident came to light only when Madhu's husband returned home from work late in the evening.

The bodies have been sent for post mortem and investigations are on, police said.
