Women executives must accept complex and challenging roles and continuously upgrade their skills so that there is no dearth of females at board level positions in PSUs, public sector body SCOPE today said.
"Women executives need to accept complex and challenging roles and continuously upgrade their skills and competencies so that there is no dearth of women candidates at the Board level positions in public sector enterprises," SCOPE Director General U D Choubey said.
He was addressing SCOPE's national meet in Nagpur. It was attended by more than 700 women employees working in public sector enterprises across the country.
