Yashwantrao Chavan Open varsity celebrates 28th foundation day

City-based Yashwantrao Chavan Open University (YCMOU) today celebrated its 28th here.

YCMOU's first vice-chancellor Ram Takawale planted trees in university campus and inaugurated facility centre for women, a release by the varsity said.

YCMOU's vice-chancellor E Vayunandan, Devayani Pharande and others were present on the occasion, it said.
