Youth booked for sexually harassing school girl

A youth has been booked for allegedly sexually harassing a 16-year-old girl here, police said today.

According to a complaint filed by the victim's father yesterday, the suspect sexually harassed her daughter on her way to school and also threatened to throw acid on her if she did not respond to his advances.

Efforts are on to trace the youth, they added.
