Youth found dead near railway crossing

Body of a youth was recovered from near a railway crossing under Sihani gate police station in the district today.

The body was partly hidden in the bushes near the railway track, SHO Sihani Gate Avneesh Gautam said.

The youth has been identified as Deepak (25), marketing executive in a private company, who was living on a rent with his brother near Ghookna mor here, police said.

His brother told police that last evening Deepak had gone for some work.

The SHO said, the victim was killed somewhere else and his body was dumped here.

An FIR has been registered against unknown assailants and the body has been sent for postmortem, the SHO added.
