Youth held for bootlegging

A 21-year-old youth was arrested today from Tilak Nagar area of the city for allegedly smuggling illicit liquor, police said.

Sameer Khan, a driver by profession, was arrested after a police patrolling party found 156 bottles of illicit liquor in his car parked in Vishnu Garden area, they said.

A case has been registered against the accused under Delhi Excise Act, police added.
