Youth immolates self

A 28-year-old jilted lover allegedly

committed suicide by setting himself ablaze after consuming some poisonous substance in Kasimpur area, police said here.

Gaurav immolated himself after consuming some poisonous substance in the premises of primary school at Shukalapur last evening, they said.

Police said that Gaurav took the step after having a dispute with a woman Shikshamitra, whom he was pressurising to get married.
