Youth killed in mishap, father injured

A youth was killed and his father got injured when their motorbike collided with another vehicle at the Panki crossing, police said here today.

Rambabu (60) and his son Chandraprakash (35) were on their way to Kanpur on the motorcycle last evening when their bike was hit by an unidentified vehicle near Panki intersection killing the latter on the spot, police said.

Rambabu who was seriously injured has been admitted at Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College and Hospital where his condition is said to be critical.
