Youth washed away in river

A youth died after he slipped and fell into a river in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

Yaser Mohammad slipped into river in Kotranka area of of the district and was washed away last evening, a police officer said today.

Police and locals launched an operation and recovered the body. The body was handed over to the family after postmortem.
