Youths arrested with fake notes

Two youths were arrested for carrying fake notes with a face value of Rs 3 lakh at Malda town, the police said today.

Acting on a tip-off, the police caught Matiur Rahaman and Bishu Seikh when they were waiting with the counterfeit notes at NTPC township in the town last night, the police said.

They duo is resident of Malda district, Additional SP Abhishek Modi said.
