'High School Musical' star Zac Efron was recently spotted wearing a sobriety chip at a basketball game, after spending time in rehab earlier this year.
The 26-year-old actor spent time in rehab last April for alleged cocaine and alcohol abuse. He wore a blue Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) sobriety chip which is given as a symbol of encouragement and support for the time they have remained sober, to help them abstain from alcohol, reported Contactmusic.
The 'Parkland' star is thought to have entered treatment earlier this year after friends expressed their concern about his 'erratic' behaviour while filming the upcoming raunchy comedy 'Neighbours'.
Efron, who broke his jaw last month after he slipped on a puddle and fell flat on his face outside his home, recently poked fun at rumours he sustained the injury after a night of partying.
