Zayn Malik has sparked a mixed reaction after the singer shared a selfie with his hair dyed green.
The 25-year-old singer posted his photograph on Instagram in which he showed off his neatly cropped green hair with matching contact lenses.
He captioned the photo, "Serious tings".
But the new look has been met with an overall hot-and-cold response.
A follower commented, "I love you."
One of the users wrote, "Are you having a Britney moment?", while another one requested Zayn to "please stop this".
Another Instagram user commented, "The break-up with Gigi is hitting you hard huh."
The "Pillowtalk" hitmaker split with model Gigi Hadid early last month after two years.
Zayn has often remained in news for experimenting with his hair colour.
