Zayn Malik hints at working on new music

Singer Zayn Malik has teased a new track on Instagram.

The "Pillowtalk" hitmaker shared a video of him strumming guitar while singing soaring high notes.

In the clip, Malik wore a headband to keep his hair pulled back away from his face as he sat on a stool in a black-and-white shirt.

It is unknown if he was just freestyling or trying out the chords to a new song.

Malik recently teamed up with Taylor Swift for "Fifty Shades Darker" soundtrack, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever".

It has been a year since the former One Direction singer released his debut solo album "Mind of Mine".
