India's 2013/14 merchandise exports seen up 6.3 pct y/y

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's Finance Minister P. Chidambaram started his budget speech on Monday amid rowdy scenes in parliament.

The interim budget for the fiscal year 2014/15 will cover cover expenditure until the government's term ends in May.
