Just Dial gains on foreign investor proposal

Reuters Market Eye - Just Dial gains 3 percent on its proposal to raise the foreign investment limit.

The company's Board on Tuesday sought shareholders' approval to increase the limit to 75 percent from 49 percent of its share capital.
