Sensex, Nifty fall; blue-chips hit

Reuters Market Eye - The BSE Sensex and Nifty on Monday hit their lowest level since Sept. 1.
Both indexes were tracking weak global stocks on anxiety about early Fed rate hikes and China factory output.
The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 0.72 percent while the broader Nifty was trading 0.65 percent lower as of 2:43 p.m.

Traders said CPI and WPI data have had a limited impact.
