Legislative bodies have three sessions a year - Budget, monsoon and winter but also called simply '1, 2 and 3'

  • Assam: Ongoing Budget session till August 12 (first session of the recently elected new assembly)
     
  • Jammu & Kashmir (with PDP): Yet to meet for monsoon session
     
  • Punjab: Yet to meet for monsoon session
     
  • Andhra Pradesh (TDP): To meet later this month for its monsoon session
     
  • Chhattisgarh: Monsoon session ended on July 19
     
  • Goa: Ongoing session July 25 to August 12
     
  • Gujarat: Yet to meet for monsoon session
     
  • Haryana: To meet on August 26
     
  • Jharkhand: Monsoon session ended on July 29
     
  • Madhya Pradesh: Monsoon session ended on July 29
 
 
  • Maharashtra: Monsoon session ends on August 5

  • Nagaland (Naga Peoples Front): Monsoon session ended July 14
