Please find enclosed herewith the Invite of Earnings Call - Q3 & FY2026 of the Company to be held on Monday 2nd February 2026 at 02:30 pm IST.

Ashoka Buildcon Limited informs that the Company had submitted bid for the following Project to Public Works Dept - Daman.Construction of proposed signature bridge connecting Jampore Sea Front road near Light House to Devka Sea Front road at Parkota Sheri at Daman (Project).Further to apprise that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance for the said Project.

Ashoka Buildcon Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (Limited Review) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

We wish to inform you that SES ESG Research Private Limited (SES ESG) has assigned the ESG Rating of 72.2 to Ashoka Buildcon Limited.Please note that the Company has not engaged the services of SES ESG for ESG Rating. Rating Agency has independently prepared the report based on data available in public domain.
