Raghuvir Synthetics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Confirmation Certificate Received from M/S. MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ( RTA) in compliance with the Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulation 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to the SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window of the company will remain close from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited financial statement for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
